Become a FaM Mentor. Make a lasting impact in the lives of a first-generation college student.
The First-generation and Multicultural (FaM) Business Program is seeking professionals from all fields of experience who want to support first-generation college students as they build confidence, community, and career readiness, while also strengthening their own leadership and coaching skills.
FaM Mentors offer students guidance, encouragement, and perspective during an important season of their college journey.
Mentor commitment includes:
- June 2026 mentor training
- Mentorship of 1-2 students (September 2026-May 2027)
- Meet with your mentee(s) at least twice per semester
